Challenge to Oklahoma Law Dismissed Without Prejudice

We reported last week that the Oklahoma immigration statute had been challenged in federal court.  In record time, the court dismissed the case on its own motion on standing grounds.  Sounds like the court really wanted to get rid oif the case?  Here is a copy of the order courtesy of Bender’s Immigration Bulletin.  Because the court dismissed the suit without prejudice, a challenge to the Oklahoma law may be re-filed; however, the court wanted plaintiffs with more well-defined injuries.
