Kennedy Looking for Immigration Policy Counsel
Senator Kennedy seeks a Chief Counsel for Immigration Policy to work on the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees, and Border Security. Responsibilities include drafting legislation, planning legislative strategy, building coalitions, preparing for hearings, and writing memos, speeches, and talking points. Interested applicants must have extensive experience in immigration law and a record of leadership and initiative. Ideal candidates must be excellent writers who are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and possess strong legal, negotiation, and legislative skills.
