Fostering Identities: Mexico’s Relations with Its Diaspora

Carlos González Gutiérrez, Executive Director of the Institute for Mexicans Abroad at Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represents a new policy perspective on the part of Mexico toward the Mexican population in the United States.
