Tyson Foods Gains Summary Judgment in RICO Case

A federal judge threw out a long-running lawsuit under the federal racateering statute (RICO) claiming that Tyson Foods, Inc., the world’s largest meat producer, hired undocumented immigrants to depress wages. U.S. District Judge Curtis L.
