Bill Gates to Congress: We Need Foreign-Born Scientists and Engineers

Bill_gates According to Forbes, Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates is once again warning Congress that the U.S. needs to improve its education system and allow more foreign-born scientists and engineers to work in the country. “If we don’t do both, U.S. companies simply will not have the talent they need to innovate and compete,” Gates told the House of Representatives’ Science and Technology Committee on Wednesday. His remarks echo comments he made to the committee a year ago.
