Ninth Circuit to Hear Arizona Case

The U.S. Ninth Circuit will hear oral argument on Thursday morning in San Francisco in a challenge to the Arizona employer sanctions law (Arizona Contractors Ass’n v. Candalaria). A district court in Arizona upheld the law in the face of a constitutional challenge.  Click here for a newspaper analysis of the case.
