UTEP launches border security, immigration program
AP reports that the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) will become the home of the National Center for Border Security and Immigration, a U.S Department of Homeland Security-supported research and degree program focusing on border, homeland security and immigration. UTEP and the University of Arizona are poartners in the Center.
As far as I know, the Center is the first of its kind in the United States.
