Court of Appeals to Weigh Hazleton Illegal Immigration Relief Act

The Hazleton Illegal Immigration Relief Act will soon be considered by the Third Circuit.  Hazleton will argue before a federal appeals court on Oct. 31 (Halloween) that the district court erroneously struck down the city’s ordinance making it illegal to hire or rent housing to undocumented immigrants.
