Support the DREAM Act

A message and request from DreamActivist.org:

I hope this email finds you in good health in the New Year.

Undocumented students (DREAM Act beneficiaries) need coalition partners, sponsors and endorsements for both Change.org IDEAS starting Jan 5 and more importantly, for our 65,000+ petition drive launching soonish. Obviously, we already have close to 40 organizations behind us but it doesn’t hurt to have more support and big names.

At Change.org, thanks to the help of facebook, NCLR, and pro-migrant bloggers, we got into the second round at 8th place overall with a whooping 2219 votes and it is going to be cut-throat in the next round – We don’t have a whole lot of immigration supporters on the site and the ALIPACers will be out to sabotage the contest. Whether or not we make it, we want to make a strong showing for pro-migrant ideas.

We would like your official support for the second round and for the petition drive launching soon as well.
