The Latest Nannygate?

Timothy_f_geithner Blog Emperor Paul Caron has the scoop on the latest potential Nannygate.  The Senate Finance Committee this afternoon released thirty pages of documents relating to various adjustments to Treasury Secretary nominee Timothy F. Geithner’s tax returns for 2001-2006. One of the principal issues is the immigration status of a housekeeper.

The L.A. Times reports that Geithner still has the support of President-Elect Obama and key senators after he explained that he had once employed an immigrant domestic worker with an expired work authorization.
