DA: Suit By ACLU a Badge of Honor?

We previously reported in the search and seizure in Colorado of immigrants’ tax records.  The ACLU of Colorado has filed a Section 1983 class action on behalf of the taxpayers. On Friday, the District Attorney (Ken Buck) in Greeley, Colorado had t-shirts made that read “The ACLU is suing my DA and my Sheriff” on the front and “Ken Buck: Standing up for Americans” on the back.
