This past Thursday, the Immigrant Legal Resource Center celebrated its 30th Anniversary at a dinner in San Francisco. Those in attendance included the litigation team from INS v. Cardoza-Fonseca, 480 U.S. 421 (1987): Bill Hing, Susan Lydon, Kip Steinberg, and Judge Dana Marks.
