Obama in fresh overture to Cuba on immigration

AP reports that “In a fresh overture to Cuba, President Barack Obama is asking the communist government to resume talks on legal immigration of Cubans to the United States.”

Glad that the administration is looking at least one non-enforcement immigration policy option.
