Pass ID Act Seeks to Modify Real ID Act

A bill has been submitted in the U.S. Senate that would roll back portions of the REAL ID Act of 2005. The PASS ID Act will not require that breeder documents, birth certificates and Social Security numbers, be verified before a license is issued, according to an Associated Press report.
