St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice Wins 2009 Law School Commitment to Service Award

The Texas Access to Justice Commission has selected St. Mary’s University’s School of Law to receive the 2009 Law School Commitment to Service Award. This award recognizes the top law school in Texas that has distinguished itself by actively educating its students about access to justice issues. The St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice provides free legal services to the poor, which has been deemed “truly exceptional” by the commission.
