AP reports that “Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told an annual gathering of federal judges and court officials Monday that immigration reform is on the top of her list of pressing issues. Napolitano told the opening of the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in Monterey that she will be involved in the drafting of reform legislation being pushed by the Obama administration.”
