Deportation Without Representation

The New Jersey Law Journal in an editorial entitled “Deportation Without Representation” urges Attorrney General Eric Holder to call to the attention of the Congress the problem of noncitiozens being deported from the United States without legal representation and “to study how competent assistance of counsel can be afforded to persons facing removal from the United States.”
