Detainee Settlement Improves Conditions

The American Civil LibertiesUnion of Southern California, the National Immigration Law Center andthe Paul Hastings law firm obtained a settlement that will improve the conditions of immigrants detained in a short-term processing center in the basementof a Los Angeles federal building.
