Gutierrez Comprehensive Reform Bill

Latino lawmakers in the House are writing an immigration reform bill that will outline the minority community’s position before the debate begins in Congress. The bill is being prepared by Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill, although a separate bill is also likely to be presented by Senator Schumer of New York.
