Texas Public Policy Foundation, the state’s leading free-market think tank, has released a paper that highlights immigration law challenges confronting U.S. businesses. The paper provides a summary of what various states and localities have done in this area over the last few years and makes some business-oriented, private enterprise-based recommendations about reforms.
