Visa Overstayers

The New York Times reported today on DHS not being able to track visa overstayers.  About forty percent of the undocumented immigrants in the US originally came with visas and overstayed. Last year, probably several hundred thousand of the 2.0 million nonimmigrants overstayed, according to immigration officials, but there is not way to confirm that.
