Immigrant Settles Suit Against Border Patrol Officers

An undocumented immigrant arrested and allegedly assaulted by un-uniformed federal border patrol agents while he was waiting at a bus stop in a heavily Latino neighborhood in a Washington suburb, has settled his case for $48,000. See  Valencia-Perez v.
