More on Lou Dobb’s Departure from CNN

Lou Dobbs left CNN last week, within weeks after CNN began experiencing multiple Dobbs’ protest movements and much discussion over the alleged contradictions between the CNN’s efforts to reach out to Latinos in its series “Latino in America” and Dobb’s nightly anti-immigrant, anti-Mexico rants.  I found the analysis of the controversy by David Neiwart on Crooks and Liars before Dobb’s resignation, to be most interesting.  The strength of the anti-Dobbs comments to the post were somehwat surprising.

Do you think that the growing size of the Latino cable television market, combined with the growing protests, affected CNN’s decision to let Lou leave before his contract expired?
