The deportation of a National Guard soldier

It is another of those hard to believe stories but a immigrant veteran (now confined to a wheelchair because of injuries he suffered in the military) who sought to naturalize is facing deportation for failing to disclose misdemeanor convictions in Australia when he applied for a visa years ago.  For more, see here.
