TPS for Haitians Confirmed

The Federal Register announces the granting of temporary protected status for 18 months to Haitians who have been physically present in the United States since January 12, 2010 and who continue to reside in the U.S. The Federal Register has confirmed publication of the TPS Haiti notice on Thursday, January 21.  It will be available tomorrow morning, Wednesday, January 20, at http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/public-inspection/.
