Wisconsin is certainly in the news over its budget challenge to state workers. But here’s other news happening in the state.

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) has issued a report addressing a number of issues that the child welfare system faces in working with refugee and immigrant families and includes case examples that illustrate those challenges.  The DCF web site now includes a page specifically focused on more information to families and agencies working with immigrant families.
