The Asian Law Caucus, in San Francisco, is currently hiring for a staff attorney to focus on immigrants’ rights issues. The position offers a unique opportunity to both work closely with low-income, immigrant communities and to engage in impact litigation on immigrants’ rights issues. The ALC is one of the few organizations in the Bay Area providing removal defense for low-income immigrants, and its impact litigation docket includes, for example, the challenges to the anti-immigrant laws in Georgia and Alabama.
