End-of-Semester Hearings for Immigration Clinics
Good luck to all the immigration clinics –especially the clinical students– who may be preparing for final hearings, interviews & filings at the end of the fall semester! The past year has been an intense and difficult one for everyone working in the immigration field, and immigration clinicians in particular have felt the pressures and witnessed the human costs of this Administration’s policies in their client base, case decisions and community needs.
May your judges and adjudicators be fair and your trial attorneys reasonable. For clinical students working on immigration cases across the country, thank you for your dedication, compassion and willingness to be exposed to this area of practice.
