University of San Francisco Immigration Clinic Enrollment for Summer Session

Dear Colleagues

If you have any students who would like to work on immigration cases remotely during the summer, have them contact me. I am offering a version of the law school’s immigration clinic online during our summer session. The work will likely involve BIA appeals, bond motions, preparation work for a petition before the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, declaration drafting for setting aside criminal guilty pleas, I-589 clinics, and a project related to the detention of migrant children.
