Higher Education in Canada vs. the United States

Universities in the United States, including law schools, in recent years have been focused on the competition for students in the international marketplace.  According to this analysis of the relative benefits of studying in Canada and the United States, “[w]hile the two nations are comparable with respect to quality of education, and post-Graduation employment opportunities —there are key differences in tuition, financial aid, and immigration opportunities post-graduation, that have made Canada a preferred destination among international students.”
