Volunteer Attorneys Needed To Assist Migrants Left in Sacramento

The last week saw multiple instances of migrants transported from the U.S./Mexico border region by the state of Florida to Sacramento. California officials have threatened criminal charges. The office of California Attorney General Rob Bonta is investigating.
Three UC Davis School of Law graduates, Bianca Duenas, Marcus Tang, and Nicole Zinardi, have been working to provide legal assistance to the migrants. Their message to me:
“Our immigration team has been helping the coalition of volunteers to assist the migrants that were dropped off in Sacramento. Yesterday, we gave a presentation about the immigration court process and did brief intakes with them all. We are now trying to recruit volunteer immigration attorneys and were hoping you could help us share the below message to your networks.
