Waiting for Immigration Reform: Public, Academics, Mark Zuckerman Voice Support — When WIll Congresss?

There remains considerable activity — and optimism — on the immigration reform front.  Members of the Senate reportedly continue working on a bipartisan compromise, with a possible proposal to be announced by the end of the week.  Actvisists yesterday marched in several cities across the country in support of reform now.  Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerman announced in an op/ed in the Washington Post today the formation of a group to push for immigration reform.  Studies continue to be released on the benefits of immigration reform.

The immediate question is when will we see an immigration reform bill.  The next question is when will Congress pass comprehensive immigration reform.  Stay tuned!
