Washington, D.C. – Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (EST) members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), led by CHC Chairman Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), will host a press conference to discuss the harmful, ineffective, and cruel immigration Executive Orders enacted by the Trump administration.
During the press conference, Members of the CHC will denounce some of the most extreme policies put forward by the Trump administration on Day 1, including an unconstitutional end to Birthright Citizenship and separating families through mass deportations.
The CHC will also reiterate its commitment to working together with Republicans to find real solutions to our broken immigration system and the challenges at our border.
