New Citizenship Test in the Works: Good or Bad News for Prospective U.S. Citizens?

We recently blogged about the celebratory naturalization ceremonies on or about the July  holiday.  Trisha Ahmed for the Associated Press reports on the updating of the U.S. citizenship test.  Some immigrant advocates worry that the changes will hurt test-takers with lower levels of English proficiency.  Some restrictionists fear that the new test will make it easier – and too easy — to become a U.S. citizen.
