Chapman Law Review Symposium 2010 – Drug War Madness: Policies, Borders & Corruption

On January 29, the Chapman Law Review will hold its Symposium 2010 on “Drug War Madness: Policies, Borders & Corruption.”  Former U.S. Department of Homeland Secretary Michael Chertoff is the keynote speaker.  An afternoon panel on “Cross Border Flows:  Drugs, People  & Trade” will include Professors Jennifer Chacón (UC Irvine), Ruben García (California Western), Ernesto Hernandez (Chapman), and me.
