The Puerto Rican Birth Certificate Problem You Haven’t Heard About, Yet
Douglas Rivlin writes on AlterNet about an issue — the requirement that Puerto Ricans get a new birthj certificate this year — at the intersection of U.S. immigration and citizenship law.
