Has Anyone Seen the Three Page Immigration Reform Blueprint?
As reported earlier in the week, President Obama met with Senators Charles Schumer and Lindsay Graham to discuss immigration reform. There have been news reports of the three-page plan that the two Senators have on immigration reform. Although the report does not yet appear to have been disclosed to the public, it is said to include some kind of increased enforcement measures (with a worker identification card of some sort), a guest/temporary worker program, and equitable treatment (definitely not to becalled “amnesty”) for the undocumented residents of the United States.
All this times and only a three page blueprint? What about a Senate bill to match the House’s?
