CALIFORNIA LATINO POLITICAL LEADERS URGE THE PRESIDENT TO TAKE ACTION ON IMMIGRATION REFORM

Members of the California Latino Legislative Caucus will hold a press conference to urge President Barack Obama and Congress to move forward with comprehensive immigration reform.

“Now that President Obama has signed groundbreaking Health care reform legislation, it is time for him to focus on his pledge to pass comprehensive immigration reform,” said Senator Gil Cedillo, Chairman, California Latino Legislative Caucus. “The President and Congress must work together to develop real solutions for the thousands of families who are victims of our broken and out dated immigration policies.”
