Poizner Smears Whitman for Sharing Obama’s Immigration Position in California Governor’s Race

Republican Gubenatorial Candidate Steve Poizner — by the way, a grad of the University of Texas and Stanford Business School — is throwing out red meat to the nativists in the Republican Party in his latest immigrant attack ads directed at Meg Whitman.   For analysis and a video of one of the ads comparing Whitman to the President on immigration, click here. The front page of the Poizner campaign website has a video blaming immigrants for California’s woes.

Is Pete Wilson running the Poizner campaign?  (Actually, as it turns out, Wilson is with the Whitman campaign.)  And, if you do not know who Wilson is, there is good reason.
