UA Prof Courageously Fights the Power

University of Arizona Professor Sandra Soto at a commencement this weekend critically spoke about Arizona’s new immigration as well as its ban on the teaching of ethnic studies in the public schools.  The Arizona Daily Star reports that “She got booed and jeered.”  I agree.  Judge for yourself by watching the video on the Daily Star website.

If I had not alreadyt named two Immigrant Rights Advocates of the Day, I would have given the award to Professor Soto.
