This Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2011 allows us to, among other things, reflect on the recent tragedy in Arizona.  Immigration Impact offers a thoughtful reflection on Dr. King’s legacy in the quest for social justice. 

As we have said before, we, as students of the immigration laws, should keenly grasp Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s clarion call to fight injustice. As Dr. King famously wrote in his Letter from Birmingham Jail: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
