Seton Hall Law Clinic Report — All Work and No Pay: Day Laborers, Wage Theft, and Workplace Justice in New Jersey
Professor Bryan Lonegan and students of the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic of the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall University School of Law today released a report “All Work and No Pay: Day Laborers, Wage Theft, and Workplace Justice in New Jersey” on wage theft and workplace conditions in day -labor jobs. The report, which is the second report by the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice on the exploitation of day laboerers, concludes that day laborers in New Jersey suffer “rampant exploitation and abuse” by their employers.
