America’s Creaking, Crotchety Immigration System — Not Ready for the Globalized World by Angelo Paparelli

Read Angelo Paparelli’s critique of the “broken” U.S. immigration system in the new world order on Nation of Immigrators.  In a few week span with a mass disaster in Japan (and fears of the global impacts of a nuclear meltdown), United Nations’ air strikes in Libya, and general upheaval in the Arab world, one would think that the nation would think about whether its immigration laws comport with global economic, political, and social realities.
