Who’s really eligible to be president?

 
Law Professor Jack Chin, who I am proud to say will be joining the UC Davis law faculty this fall, takes on the anti-Obama birthers in this CNN piece.  Herre is the punch line: 

“even if Obama had been born overseas, he is still a natural born citizen, because he obtained citizenship at birth through his mother who unquestionably was a U.S. citizen.”
