Update: Senate Apologizes for the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act

The process for the Congressional apology for Chinese exclusion continues. Law and Border reports that, on October 6 the U.S. Senate passed a resolution apologizing for the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act. No action yet on the companion bill introduced in the House of Representatives.
