Only in America: German Immigrant Unhappy with Mother’s Pending Deportation Arrested for LA Arsons by Iranian-Born Sheriff

A GERMAN immigrant, allegedly upset with his mother’s pending deportation, has been arrested for a string of arsons that had struck fear in Southern California this holiday season.  According to the L.A. Times, “[a] senior [Los Angeles Police Department] official said the suspect had attended a recent immigration hearing regarding his mother’s case and erupted in a tirade, spewing angry anti-American statements.”

An Iranian-born reserve sheriff’s deputy made the arrest.
