The appearance of Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) on Bill Maher’s show drove Professor Roman to the brink. Lucky for him, he has not had to deal with Rep. Rohrabacher’s anti-immigrant diatribes for a generation; Rohrabacher was a big supporter of Proposition 187 in 1994.
