Beyond Consequence and Risk: Undocumented Students Steppin’ Up and Steppin’ Out of the Shadows

On March 9, 2012, New Mexico Dreamers in Action staged a press conference at the University of New Mexico announcing their participation in the March 10th Coming Out of the Shadows Day, a national movement which sought to challenge U.S. immigration policies by highlighting the stories of undocumented youth.
