Likely Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney has taken a low key, vague approach to criticizing the Supreme Court’s blockbuster decision yesterday  in Arizona v. United States, saying that he thought that states should have more latitude in immigration enforcement.  Romney instead used the decision as an opportunity to criticize the President for a lack of leadership on immigration.

One would think that Romney, who took such a tough, aggressive approach to immigration enforcement in the primaries, would be more critical of the Supreme Court’s decision.
