Tattoos as a Basis for Visa Denial?
I am not a fan of tattoos, which seem to have blossomed in American pop culture over the last 20 years. But should a consular officer deny a visa because of a noncitizen’s tattoos and alleged gang affiliations represented by the tatoos? See this Wall Street Journal story.
